48 hour delivery (UK mainland only, extra £9.95)
instead of our usual 4-day UK service, please click the
"48 hour delivery" box just above the Add to Cart button.
When you reach the page where you input your address details,
you may include a special greeting fot the recipient.
How do I know you can supply
this date?
When you click "Add to Cart", we perform an automatic
online check of availability - you will only be able to
proceed with your order if we are sure we can supply you.
Moreover, these are the genuine complete and original
papers! They are not copies or the front page only.
Each paper comes with a certificate of authenticity. A
fantastic opportunity to re-live those times from a special
day of your choice. These are precious and rare archives
of a bygone age which can be shared and reserved for future
generations. The original newspaper you will receive will
usually be The Times, but this cannot always be guaranteed
and an equivalent title will be sent.
Choice of Wines
RED WINE: Chateau Limothe-Cissac is a special 'cuvee',
produced only in years with highly favourable weather
conditions, & made from grapes harvested in the oldest
part of the vineyard, where the vines are on average 60
years old.
WHITE WINE: A premier cru chablis made by the Picq family
who produce wines in both the Vaucoupin and Vosgros areas.
The wine has a lovely chalky base with notes of spring
flowers and beeswax augmented by a lovely tart citrus
core of fruit.
Each gift pack comes with:
- A full-size bottle of either either red wine (Chateau
Limothe-Cissac Cuvee Vieilles Vignes 2001 Bordeaux),
or white wine (Gilbert Picq et Fils Premier Cru Chablis)
- A genuine British Newspaper published on the date
of your choice
- A Personalised Card with a personalised greeting
(look for the Special Greeting input box on the page
where you input your address details)
- A 'Certificate' authenticating the newspaper as
an original.
